About
Recently, I joined HotSiC project which aims SiC high temperature/high voltage applications. My research, as an IC designer, aims making appropriate models for power circuits and to design power circuits such as dc-dc converters on SiC. My PhD research is supervised by Prof. Carl-Mikael Zetterling and Prof. Mikal Östling.
